Brinda will highlight the wellness traditions, histories, and benefits of select medicinal and culinary herbs. She will share some of her favorite culinary uses for the herbs encountered — from everyday kitchen staples to lesser‑known varieties — along with how these herbs can support overall wellness through flavor, aroma, and nourishment. Whether you’re curious about herbal wellness, love to cook, or simply enjoy being outdoors, this walk offers a grounding, sensory‑rich experience for all.
