This interactive workshop introduces the AIMS Framework: Attitude, Institutional Influence, Meaningful Usefulness, and Simplicity, while modeling practical, low-lift ways to integrate AI into classroom practice. Participants will reflect on concerns, experience a live demo, and apply the framework during breakout discussion to identify one small, defensible step they can take back to their own courses.
