Pardeep Vedi, Development Chair, SSC Board of Trustees, will share his experiences as the founder and director of Feed Hunger Now, a non-profit organization at the Sanford Rescue Outreach Mission that grows and shares sustainable food. Through volunteering and project development, students (and faculty) can develop skills in social science, STEM, and entrepreneurship while building friendships, networking with other volunteers, and enhancing the local community.
