Led by a Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in these disciplines, this class offers a dynamic experience tailored for individuals seeking to learn new skills; no previous experience is required. In this class, we'll focus on laying a strong foundation for acrobatic skills. The skills we'll work on include: Cartwheels – Focusing on technique, fluidity, and strength. Handstands – Building strength and control to work toward freestanding handstands. Headstands – Working on headstand alignment and balance. Strength & Conditioning Drills – Developing the muscle strength needed for these skills (planks, donkey kicks, and other core and shoulder exercises). By the end of the course, you'll be more confident in these basic skills, which are key stepping stones toward more advanced acrobatic movements!
