Offers two-, three-, and four-year college scholarships for qualified students preparing to become Army officers.
Who may qualify
Applicants must meet current Army ROTC academic, citizenship, age, physical, medical, enrollment, and service requirements.
What the program provides
May cover full tuition and fees or qualifying room and board, plus book and monthly stipend allowances.
Service commitment
Recipients accept military training and commissioned-service obligations.
