Supports students training for eligible primary care health professions in exchange for service in Health Professional Shortage Areas.
Who may qualify
Applicants must meet current citizenship, full-time enrollment, accredited-program, discipline, academic, and service requirements.
What the program provides
May cover tuition, required fees, reasonable educational costs, and a monthly stipend.
Service commitment
Recipients provide primary care services at an approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area, generally for at least two years.
